Today I wrote a german webpage about zsh. zsh is really great and via stepping through $ZSH-SOURCE/Etc/FEATURES, Changelogs and using google I discovered many not so well known features.

    Why do you write several times that zsh is OpenSource and still maintained. IIRC all major shells (bash, pdksh, tcsh, sh) are OpenSource and most of them are maintained.

    all major-shells are OpenSource – yes, but remember e.g. the one of Helmut Schellong (Jehova!) 8-)

    but thanks for mentioning “several times” – this wasn’t my intention, fixed ;-)
