• provide keybindings for mouse-gesture's stuff like 'guess next page'

• save encrypted mail unencrypted without losing any attachments

Debian

• automatically/manual diff for configuration files
• don't require exec for /tmp
• don't start services automatically via invoke-rc.d (make it configureable)
• allow simultane actions like: apt-get upgrade & ; apt-get --download-only foobar
• use database (e.g. sqlite) instead of textfile for package database (improve speed and scalability)

Konqueror

• Save sessions (regardless of crashing and on demand[!]) + restore them
• better mousegestures-support
• "Copy to note" like Opera (Ctrl+Shift+C and parse URLs out of it)

Note: this page might indicate that the mentioned software lacks of features, sucks or whatever. But notice that I mention only software that I currently use and the programs are the ones that suck less.
